my name is Maho takahashi I'm the manager at digital development department of a subsidiary of TSI Holdings called TS IEC strategy as TSI we do have we have a bass portfolio so as we have you know Japanese brands they're mostly women's where we wanted to give the brand's themselves more power over what kind of content they wanted to upload onto the website we came across a spirit we wanted to work with someone I work with a partner that would enable the brand's to have the power to you know be able to manage their content on their own what stood the most from each spirit out of all your other competitors was your dedication to us and how you were willing to support us in the implementation phase and the fact that we felt that your UI looked more cleaned and more easier to understand and because of all of our staff using these spirits they don't speak English so we had to make sure that the solution was very straightforward and easy to understand I think those two will be the biggest reasons why we chose to work with a spirit when we work with oversea companies the biggest issue that we face is time when we initially start a project your partner would you say you know probably take let's say a month maybe two months and that usually ends up to be becoming four or five but each spirit it actually ended up being just a month and a half so we were very pleased as I said coming to market is very important working with a solution company that already had a close relationship with Salesforce was very important to us the first period of experience platform music for two of our e-commerce website the comments that I've received from the grounds actually is in first period they're saying that they're able to communicate to their customers much more faster and easier now now that they don't have to ask for any procedures to upload the content to their website now they have more controls so they're very happy with the platform they're very excited to take on more of the functionalities a spirit has to offer your team is always there for us and we have you know weekly calls with your team and they're very helpful the next step for us will be now that we have two websites up and running and we are currently discussing on scheduling out the launch of our next few websites to cut a lot of the customers shop through their mobile phones omni-channel experience is very important so that means that they're not you know customers aren't sitting in there sending out their homes facing the computer shopping so they're you know they're out there everywhere so we need to be able to communicate to the customers you know with with every touchpoint that we have being able to communicate to our customers one on one is very important we do currently use the personalized recommendation engine that so we want to explore new solutions that we don't enable us to personalize the customer experience online we're very pleased with the partnership and that really helps us to want to go to the next step
